Note: We started our journey to lose weight on January 5th, 2009.

    Hang in there, we have to look at the big picture. I know it’s hard sometimes. I am having a terribly hard time right now getting back on track. I am right there with you.

    Don’t let a little rise in the weight get you down. I find that I am often a little higher on the scale if I haven’t had my …ahem…morning consitutional. That’s why they tell you not to weigh yourself everyday.

    Ben has the advantage of no monthly bloat and water-weight gain, darn him. Everything is easier for men….except MAYBE, riding bicycles.
